The Head of State appointed a new Deputy Governor of the National Bank of Hungary

President Tamás Sulyok, on a proposal by the Prime Minister, appointed Péter Benő Banai as Deputy Governor of the National Bank of Hungary.
Under the presidential resolution, the appointment will take effect on 1 December 2025 and will be valid for a period of six years.
The President wished the new Deputy Governor every success in his work.
