Every year, the nation celebrates its champions and sporting successes at a spectacular gala. From 2026, this event will be known as the National Sports Gala, expressing the Hungarian nation's pride in its athletes, parasports athletes and sports leaders. As the event's chief patron, the Head of State will celebrate Hungary's sporting successes in 2025 together with the athletes in January.
