Promotion and appointment to the rank of general at Sándor Palace

Dr. Tamás Sulyok, President of Hungary, on a proposal by the Minister of Defence, effective as of 23 October 2025

- promoted Major General Zoltán Schmidt to the rank of Lieutenant General, and
- appointed Colonel László József Deme to the rank of Brigadier General.

Dr. Tamás Sulyok wished the generals of the Hungarian Defence Forces strength, good health and every success in their mission.
